OneZine is operated by Petr Gardian, trading as OneZine (onezine.studio). By placing an order or subscribing you agree to these terms. If you have questions, email studio@onezine.studio.

The service

OneZine is a custom photography zine service. You upload photographs; we generate a designed 16-page A4 staple-bound layout and send it to print. Every zine is made specifically for you from photographs you supply.

The service includes a digital preview that you review and approve before anything is printed. You can reshuffle the layout up to twice and choose which version to print. Payment is taken upfront when you unlock studio access; no copy is printed until you give your explicit approval at the preview stage.

Your photographs

You confirm that you own or have the right to use all photographs you upload, and that they do not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

We will not print content that is illegal, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence or hatred. We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion, in which case we will issue a full refund of any payment made.

We do not claim any ownership over your photographs. You retain full copyright in all images you submit.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency appropriate to your region. All plans are paid upfront: single orders purchase studio access immediately; subscription plans charge at the start of each billing period. Shipping is separate and calculated from your delivery address when you confirm your print — it is not included in the listed plan prices.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. For subscriptions, your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period (quarterly or annually) until cancelled.

Subscriptions

Subscription plans renew automatically. Your renewal date and price are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. Credits included in your plan do not expire until your current billing period ends — cancelling mid-period does not forfeit credits already accrued for that period.

To cancel, email studio@onezine.studio or use the billing portal link in your confirmation email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again after that point.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice by email before any renewal at a new price.

Print tolerances and quality

Your zine is produced by a professional print supplier to industry-standard specifications: A4, satin-coated paper, staple binding. Colours on screen will differ to some extent from printed output due to the nature of screen-to-print conversion — this is inherent to the medium, not a defect.

Spread alignment across the centre fold is subject to standard staple binding tolerances of ±2mm. Variation within this range is not a print defect and does not qualify for a reprint.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 5 working days of print confirmation. Delivery timescales after dispatch depend on the carrier and your location; we do not guarantee delivery dates. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact us at studio@onezine.studio and we will investigate with the carrier.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of this service. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order. Material changes will be communicated by email to subscription customers.
